Eyeworks Optical, Albuquerque

Melynda Torres, OD

Dr. Melynda Torres also is a native to New Mexico. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of New Mexico and completed her optometric training at the Southern California College of Optometry.  Dr. Torres is currently completing a post graduate residency in ocular disease diagnosis and management at the Albuquerque Veteran's Administration Hospital.  Dr. Torres has joined our practice part time, and will be part of our group full time in July.  Dr. Torres enjoys managing glaucoma and other retina diseases.

Tina Mamdani, OD

Dr. Tina Mamdani is the founder of Eyeworks Optical. She is originally from Canada and graduated from Indiana University School of Optometry in 1996.  After optometry school Dr. Mamdani worked for the U.S. Public Health Service managing diabetic patients, and has been in private practice since 2000.
